Global Technical Services (GTS) is part of Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD/A, CRD/B). We manage GTS through two council structures each with different mandates and areas of responsibility. The Strategic Council deals with issues pertaining to the global management of GTS such as catastrophe management and adjuster accreditation as well as other matters. The Technical Council is comprised of management, senior adjusters and administrators and is committed to marshaling all corporate resources and talent to ensure that every client receives optimum service and solutions for their business needs.
