Tom Carstens Rejoins Crawford Global Technical Services®
ATLANTA (March 10, 2015) – Crawford & Company® (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world’s largest independent provider of claims management solutions, has announced that Tom Carstens has rejoined Crawford Global Technical Services (GTS®) as a senior vice president. GTS is Crawford’s global solution for large, complex claims. Carstens was one of the original team that developed the GTS business unit and strategy within Crawford, and he brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the market. He will be based in the Atlanta GTS office.

Last year Crawford merged its Specialty Markets and Global Technical Services units into an expanded GTS division to meet the specialized claims needs of clients and their insureds irrespective of location. Crawford Specialty Markets is comprised of specialty services focused on serving Lloyd’s of London and the International Adjusting market: Energy, Marine, Aviation, Forensic Accounting, and Mining.
Carstens has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and also holds the CPCU designation.
